Link in bio on the creator's own domain

A creator buys their name and wants the page on it. Connect the root or a subdomain inside your tool.

For founders and onboarding product managers at link-in-bio tools such as Beacons, Taplink and Hopp by Wix.

Common questions

Can a link-in-bio page use a custom domain?

Yes. Your customer types their domain in your tool, picks root and www, root only or a subdomain, and the widget writes or shows the records for their DNS provider.

What if the creator's provider cannot hold a root record?

The widget says so before anything is created and offers www or a subdomain instead. A www record works at every DNS provider.

Does the creator have to set up HTTPS?

No. On Growth and up, the edge issues the certificate on the first HTTPS request and renews it with no DNS access. Cloudflare rows stay DNS only.
