Common questions
Does my customer need to move the domain to the builder?
No. The domain stays at its current registrar and DNS provider. The widget finds that provider and writes the records there, or shows the exact rows to add.
Can DNS be set up automatically for an AI website?
Where the provider has an automatic path, yes: a provider sign-in, the provider's own template or a scoped API key. Everywhere else your customer adds the exact rows and each one is checked.
Will the customer's email keep working?
Yes. Only the site's records are written, and records already in the way are flagged first, so existing mail records are left alone.
