Custom Domain is infrastructure, not an advertising business. We collect only what we need to run the service and keep your account secure.
What we collect
Your account details (name, work email), the domains and connections you create, and basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics so we can see what’s working. Your customers’ DNS provider credentials are used once to write records and are never stored.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. Our sub-processors and the full security program are published in our trust center.

You can export or delete your account data at any time. Write to privacy@customdomain.ai and a person will answer.
