How do customers connect a custom domain to an AI-built app?
They type the domain in the widget inside your publish flow. CustomDomain™ finds the DNS provider, writes the records where that provider allows it, and shows the exact rows where it does not.
Can DNS be set up automatically for an AI-built site?
At providers with an automatic path, yes: a sign-in with the provider, the provider's own template or a scoped API key writes the records. Elsewhere your customer adds the exact rows, and each one is checked.
Why does a custom domain on an AI-built app stop working?
Usually a leftover record: an AAAA sending visitors elsewhere, a CAA blocking the certificate, or a proxy left on. Hourly drift checks report records that change after the domain is live.
