Common questions
What is a custom tracking domain?
A subdomain of the sender's own domain, such as track.acme.com, that their email links use instead of a shared host. It needs one CNAME at the sender's DNS provider.
Can the tracking domain serve HTTPS?
Yes, on Growth and up, by serving the host through the CustomDomain™ edge. A plain supplied CNAME is checked but gets no certificate.
Can one customer run many sending domains?
Yes. The API creates one connection per domain in bulk, and the agency workspace labels each domain with its client.
